Company owns all it's buildings, so no management company, and they have never sold any buildings. Everyone in the company just got a holiday bonus, and they are financially super stable. There are a lot of things going on, and a lot of staffing ups and downs, but that's most healthcare companies today. Even though they struggle, it seems like they really do try to get creative to find solutions and the CEO and COO are regularly in and out of our buildings giving support where they can.
