Pros
-free car program for a year -no micro-managing, yet
Cons
-constantly hiring without a referral flow so it will be challenging to fill your caseload in your area, despite them saying they have kids for you in the interview process. *RED FLAG* -you'll have to network yourself to fill your caseload -no community, meaning you won't be treating kids with the same ST/PT as other kids in your area. -high turnover rate, meaning you might be the 4th therapist in 6 months -They make you sign a contract for 14 months saying you owe them the bonus if you leave before then. - they seem unwilling to work with you - they don't care about their clinicians more than face-value and how much money we can make them - they are not open to negotiating pay rate, be prepared to cry at your annual to get a $2 raise. -the benefits are trash so make sure you have benefits through a partner or open marketplace (marketplace is better than COFK's benefits) -office staff and management are young and inexperienced so you're unlikely to have someone in the office/mgmt who will be able to guide you through situations as they arise. -COFK in CO was Solace and bought out by COFK so there are a LOT of unhappy clinicians in the field, no one is happy with the changes made and many are looking to leave. It's rare you'll find anyone with positive reviews about this company.
