Pros

As the title says. Supportive new Staff for Austin, thank you new Austin team, I can't put your names here but you know who you are. We still don't have a Clinical supervisor or director right now. They're working on it. We had great managers and support staff. There was a mass exodus after they let go my favorite manager. Office people and higher ups you have to look at what is making a Manager call out, We can not discriminate with the rules, I understand when people have children or special needs kids or sick parents. I understand that's what FMLA is for. But what was the quality of your Director? Pleaee look at work life balance. We would have rather had her than having her gone.

Cons

4 months of no nurse supplies: No gloves, soap, paper towels, and no TP. Once we got a voucher but then they taxed the nurse on the amount. - Yearly raises at least to keep up with the inflation. My pay is not good. I have made this low in 10 years. I'm used to 42-45/hr. Huge pay cut. Yes it's easier than the hospital, but every job has it's hell. -I think the training to be better it needs to be on zoom and not in person. A lot of night shift people work multiple jobs as well as day shift. Inservices need to be on weekdays and be paid at regular shift hourly wage. Paying me at $15 an hour is not copacetic. People will show up For real pay.

Pros

1. Office staff is accessible without long hold times with dreadful hold music. 2. Training is available whenever you need a refresher. 3. Quality is emphasized more than anything else. 4. Documentation is straightforward 5. At least at the office that I am contracted out of I feel heard regarding my issues. 6. They pay better than the hospitals. 7. If you are flexible they will be flexible too.

Cons

1. Paperwork for your shift is due that day and you cannot check in for another shift until that paperwork is complete. 2. Some items of the paperwork is repeated needlessly. (There is a reason for it but still annoying) 3. If you work nights, Saturday to Sunday; the pay week ends on Saturday at midnight so the Sunday hours won’t be counted in your pay. It will be added to the following week’s pay.
