With a minimum of 22 visits per week for full-time status, we offer options that allow clinicians to tailor their schedules to fit their needs. Many team members opt for part-time roles or ebb and flow between part-time and full-time schedules. Others choose to complete 30+ visits weekly, often achieving this in just four days, allowing more time for personal pursuits. We measure full-time status quarterly, giving clinicians remarkable flexibility. For example, if you want to take a long ski weekend, you can make up visits before or after, or maintain a fuller schedule over the quarter to avoid needing PTO while enjoying time off. The ability to use telehealth or in-person visits to make up time further enhances this flexibility. This approach contrasts with rigid PTO policies where any missed visit requires using PTO. Instead, our system provides the freedom to plan and adjust schedules, empowering our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
