The culture at Care Planning Institute is truly exceptional. The leadership—especially our president and vice president—sets a tone of support, gratitude, and genuine care that filters through the entire organization. We’re given every tool we need (and more) to do our best work, and it makes a real difference day to day.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that we can offer our caregivers top-tier pay. For many of them, the compensation is truly life-changing, and in turn, they provide life-changing care to our clients. Hearing the stories from clients about how our caregivers have improved their quality of life never gets old. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that makes such a meaningful impact.
I’ve been with Care Planning Institute for almost three years now and have had the privilege of watching us grow from 150 clients to more than 1,500. Being part of that journey has been amazing. This is the most rewarding and blessed place I’ve ever worked, and I fully plan to be here for many years to come. The company also often promotes from within, which creates real opportunities for growth.
