      Pros

      Care Synergy has been a breathe of fresh air! It is the best job I've had in the last 10 years. Why? The work/life balance is great. I'm not overworked and underpaid like at previous positions. I have a great amount of time in my day to actually complete tasks. Leadership is fantastic. The company offers ongoing leadership training which I've never had before at a job! And, the training is very valuable in personal leadership development. I'm able to work remote a few days a month and take care of personal needs outside of work without being micromanaged. The opportunity for growth and development, overall is wonderful at Care Synergy due to ongoing company growth/expansion. If you are looking for a fantastic place to work within Hospice care - Care Synergy and its Affiliates are WONDERFUL!

Leadership is experienced, collaborative, and focused on aligning strategy with compassionate care delivery across the enterprise. There is a clear commitment to doing the right thing for patients, families, and team members. The organization offers robust benefits, opportunities for growth, and a sense of purpose that makes the work meaningful every day.

      Company does have a good mission

      Cons

      Culture is toxic. Too many leadership changes. No stability. A lot of people fired. Benefits are hugely expensive. I am looking for another job to leave as soon as I can and so are a lot of others.

      Thank you for sharing this feedback. It is taken seriously, especially concerns related to culture, stability, and leadership. Care Synergy is not experiencing broad leadership turnover. We are currently preparing for the retirement of a long-tenured leader and thoughtfully hiring their successor to ensure continuity and stability. Regarding the perception that “a lot of people are being fired,” this is not reflected in enterprise workforce data. While performance and conduct issues are addressed when necessary, there has simply not been a pattern of terminations at Care Synergy. That said, perception matters, and it is important to better understand this experience. HR welcomes the opportunity to connect confidentially to learn more.
