Pros

Great care model. Provides the ability to care for patients without worrying about billing insurance. Patients appreciate having lab and pharmacy on site.

Cons

Poor communication from corporate to clinics. We often feel as though we are on an island and have to fend for ourselves. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed, it's unclear who to go to or how to get anything accomplished. Feels like patient care comes after keeping a client happy. Very little appreciation is expressed to employees. It honestly doesn't matter how hard one works, it's never noticed. Sending a Walmart gift card once a year when the clinic receives an award for going above and beyond does little to keep employees motivated when they go years without a bonus or a raise. There's little to no room for growth or advancement.

Pros

Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

Cons

CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.
