There is, and has historically been, a very high turnover rate of the Transplant Account Manager (TAM) role at CareDx. This company loses 3-4 strong performing TAM's every 6 months, which is 10% of their sales force, constantly turning over. This company loses top performers because they are not compensated well, they are not losing the bottom performers. Customer accounts have noticed and are aggravated, "Who is our Account Manager now?"
