Pros

Family oriented, insurance benefits, paid time off, work from home, cant really say too much about pros. Theres more cons then pros

Cons

Supervisors are horrible, some not all...talk down to you like you are beneath them, audits and adjustors are not consistent, you have to do too much for very little pay, company expects you to retain all the information from training class and soon as you get on the floor you are expected to be perfect....no room for errors.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
