      Stable and Solid Many of the Associates celebrate 25, 30, and 45 yrs of service there before retiring. Highly intelligent, knowledgeable and skilled team of business professionals

      Cons

      Culture decline. There is a very heavy air that now permeates the environment there.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
