Pros

GREAT benefits. On site "college-style"cafeteria, drycleaner, bank and multiple gyms(including locker room/showers). Cafeteria has multiple wall-mounted LCD tvs and several healthy options. Access to personal trainers and exercise classes for free. Two casual dress days a week. Tution reimbursement of up to $5,000 annually. Several choices fo rmedical, vision and dental benefits. Free generic rx drugs on rx plan. Several partnerships with other companies to give Carefirst Associates discounts. On site training (technical and business). Matches 50% of 401k contributions up to 6%.

Cons

Old culturre. Not many young people. Sort of blue collar population. Lots of unmotivated, overpaid employees. Not the highest level of professionalism in the office. Career path is not clearly layed out. EXTREMELY limited contact with any management director level or above. Managers making technical decisions when they do not have any idea of how the systems actually work.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
