The benefits are great. The CEO seems to generally care about the organization and members. The salary meets market expectations.
Cons
Management is asleep at the wheel. The VP doesn’t understand procurement. There is no upward mobility. Directors and team members come and go in a rotating door. Processes are lacking in some areas and too stringent in others.
