Pros

Benefits ok but health care cost raising too fast. Not much else on the positive side. Lots of false promises to help suck newbies in who realize how bad the company has turned later on.

Cons

Toxic environment, false promises top down, chaos and disorganization. Amongst the many reorgs functions that were eliminated are now realizes as valuable and being built back up ground up. Very frustrating environment for long time employees. New "performance-driven" merit structure initially focuses on rewarding those under paid and once you get to the average rate MRP your penalized and get 1-2g raises only based on performance. When you finally get closer to the MRP high end you can achieve up to 1% raises only if you get an above and beyond high rating. Such a demotivating environment.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
