Good Benefits, well above the average company Great Team Work by All Associates, work is done until it is just near perfect Pay is Ok, lots of hours to work in a day
Cons
Management doesn't foster or mentor very well No room for promotions, they primarily hire from outside of the organization Sr. Management team new to the business and only contributes past ideas, with little knowledge of the current health care system. This causes frustration amongst staff. Most senior people are just waiting to retire since they won't get promoted Mid-level management cannot move into Sr Management because there isn't any promotion from within unless you are in the "inner circle"
