Started off as a good place to work, not many pros
Cons
They do not treat their employees well at all. Constant org changes, managers who have no clue what they are doing, lots of micro managing, short staffed/over worked, lay offs, managers change constantly, no help when asked, very cliquey place to work. Raises are few and far between. Turn around here is huge
