Pros

It’s Work from home position

Cons

There is no accountability on management side. Management is very rude to their employees. They talk down on them and they retaliate if you speak up and say anything. They are the ones who have all the say so over your position so if your manager doesn’t like you, then your job will be horrible and you don’t have the ability to switch because you’re not allowed to. There is no communication and you are forced to do things and accept positions even if you don’t want to. For all the work that has done at this job. We definitely deserve more pay and better treatment.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
