Pros
Wages and bonuses until you get laid off.
Cons
Constantly laying off entire teams and sometimes immediately reposting the laid off positions with new titles and lower wages. The layoffs are sneak-attack style, leaving no time for employees to search for viable future employment. HR is not supportive of exiting employees. Severance is minimal and they paid in one lump sum so it was heavily taxed. They pushed back on unemployment, which prolonged payment, putting me in debt.
