Pros

Remote work. The yearly bonus is nice.

Cons

They like to talk about much they value employees and members. This is not reflected in how decisions are made or how staff are treated day to day. Teams are chronically understaffed, and leadership's response to that problem is to add more work and implementations. Management accountability is nonexistent. Toxic behavior from coworkers is tolerated or and they will throw you under the bus if they want. People range from excellent to genuinely clueless. Often times we have no clear communications and have no idea what is going on but are expecting to handle everything. Job roles are unclear. There is no real training. New employees are dropped in and expected to figure it out. Compensation is not enough relative to the workload and raises are low. Work-life balance is a phrase they say but it's not happening in reality.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
