Pros

Work from home is the best thing,

Cons

This company raves how wonderful it is and how they value their employees and customers. It’s all a complete joke. They say layoffs don’t exist there, but they sure do. Don’t bring great ideas to leadership, they only shoot you down. Just do what you are told and comply and makes sure leadership reviews everything you do before interacting with anyone above your title. This company will never match up to their competitors even though at every all staff meeting they put themselves on a pedestal. This is the most toxic culture I’ve experienced in my career.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
