Pros

Pay and work from home

Cons

Toxic from start of the recruiter Jennifer forward. You can tell a lot about the culture from the sour recruiter. They need a change with a fresh face and inviting spirit. The organization makes you feel as though you’re under a Tyranny, filled with stress.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
