Pros

-The company culture. The work is fast-paced, but there are still plenty of opportunities to have fun. The culture is very supportive and the people you work with are always happy to help. -Purposeful work. Business decisions are made to benefit the company's members, and the connection between the work you do and the impact it has is clear on projects. Even on hard days, you know you are working for the good of the members. -The growth. The company is growing quickly which makes it an exciting, fast-paced place to work. There are opportunities for advancement and always room to continue growing professionally with classes from CSU and other learning opportunities. All employees have a learning plan that they work on with their manager to ensure they are clear on what their personal goals are and how the company can help them achieve them. -Performance Reviews. The company has a monthly performance review process which helps employees and their managers get on the same page about how the employee is meeting expectations. It's helpful to get feedback that often so that you can continue to improve and learn.

Cons

-The workload. Sometimes there will be a lot of work that needs to be done in a short amount of time, but management and your teams are very understanding and will help come up with solutions to ease the workload as soon as possible.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
