Pros

The staff in our office got along with each other wonderfully. Our teamlead hooked us up with free food.

Cons

Where do I start? The pay is ridiculously low! Other places will pay more for much less work, but not Caresource! The $12.03 an hour is an insult, considering the fact Caresource expects you to be on the phones and in chats at the same time. The quality assurance policies are unrealistic. You are expected to perform like a robot. Forget being yourself when speaking with members. Advocates are on the front line, yet, are never included in the all-staff meetings.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
