Pros
Very flexible with work schedule. They have remote, office & desk share opportunities. Their benefits are excellent compared to most Positive atmosphere, positive company. They do great things for their members & the community. There is a lot of room for an individual to grow & advance if desired. Most of my management team has been exceptional. They listen, teach & work with the staff to get things done as they need to be.
Cons
Pay is below average. Quick extensive growth so while that’s a good thing, it has made it challenging. On the positive side of that-They are very concentrated & dedicated on overcoming the issues/concerns that have been brought on by this growth. Lots of meetings, some of which could be cut back in my opinion, to allow more time on work Training is not very good but I think that is due to everyone being so busy. People are willing to assist & answer questions. With that, there are areas where staffing needs to be increased.
