Pros

The work this company puts I for the community is unmatched, especially in Dayton. Opportunities are unlimited if you are living in Dayton, Ohio.

Cons

Company focuses on growth in Dayton. Other sites are considered not a priority. All operational work is done mostly in Dayton. CareSource is the number 1 MCE in Dayton, but number 4 in Indianapolis. The Indiana business can’t afford mistakes of work bring completed by staff in Dayton, that does not understand our health plans.

We're so sorry you don't feel your work is a priority. We want all our locations to feel empowered to change lives in their local community. From management roadshows to local awards, we work hard to lift up the efforts of those "boots on the ground." Thank you for letting us know we still have work to do.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
