Pros

The building looks nice and downtown is a wonderful area.

Cons

Unchecked management that isn't responsible for anything with all work and duties being thrown onto regular employees. Management isn't expected to know their own lines of business, and instead pushes employees to work longer hours to make up for lack of knowledge and accountability. Constantly trims teams down to skeleton crews without fair compensation. Management completely ignores feedback, and is primarily made of cliques. Nepotism runs rampant. This used to be the best place to work. Now I couldn't recommend anyone work for this greedy company. Especially as they increasingly outsource.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
