Pros

Coworkers friendly, impressive office location/amenities available, software utilized was top notch

Cons

When I was interviewed, I was led to believe that I was replacing a manager with a well-established team of clinical ops analysts with a structured process of how to do work and manage it going forward. When I started at the position, my director was in the midst of being let go and another brought in who had prior professional experience with upper level management. No on the job training, was told that we would be building the department from the ground up. I was alone in trying to find my place and trying to implement the target goals. After my 90 day review, I was terminated due to negative performance, however I never received any negative feedback prior to me being shown the door. Furthermore, my team who reported to me was told by my director that I left voluntarily. Why lie about it?

Pros

N/a -the original trainer for my training class was great she ended up separating from the job in the middle of our training

Cons

I think when you first apply the pat information is misleading it says $40k-$52k/year but the base pay is $18.30/hr it isn’t based off experience they are factoring in incentive that you aren’t eligible for until you are out of training and nesting Also they didn’t take my ada form seriously I got it filled out and signed by my doctor as I was told to do by hr and literally they didn’t do anything which made my mental health much worse than it would’ve been if they would’ve helped. Also during training one of the trainers (Chelsea) mic was muted and she was trash talking and cursing about the employee in the training class and she mentioned how it was one trainee who was the topic was the only one who knew how to do the f-ing job it was ridiculous and humiliating for the rest of the training class because now we feel bad because we just heard you say this
