Pros

Work from home, little driving

Cons

Horrible new EMR, RIF 100 people in one day, lots of meeting, lots of training, lots of questions for members who rarely answer their phones, few resources to help members, labor intensive new EMR, state in mission that they care about employees, no room for growth, ineffective procedures, ineffective management.

When new efficiencies allow us to better align with industry standards, we work hard to bring them to life with a people-first mindset. We’re sorry it didn’t feel that way to you and we appreciate the feedback. We remain committed to serving members as mission-driven, healthcare with heart and will use your feedback to help us grow.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
