Pros

Great colleagues Good pay COVID responsible

Cons

CEO is greedy and cares about his pocket and the pocket of the friends he hires Lacks transparency they tell you they have Does not care about their employees Lost their mission and members are no longer important when they changed to for profit Will let 100 people in a day go with no warning Takes away all your benefits Demands too much of of person Justifies their treatment of you as industry standards It’s all about the contract and that dollar

We're glad you experienced the great culture we strive to bring to life at CareSource and we appreciate you sharing that you feel there is a lack of transparency. When new efficiencies allow us to better align with industry standards, we work hard to bring them to life with a people-first mindset. We're sorry that creates stress and disruption for you. We remain committed to serving members as mission-driven, healthcare with heart and will use your feedback to help us grow.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
