Pros

Great co-workers and hard-working employees. (I stick around because of them) Pay is acceptable Work-life balance in my dept. is good Ability to work from home Education/certifications paid for 401k match is great

Cons

There’s been a paradigm shift with the new CEO and subsequent complete turnover of C-level to Manager levels. Everything is micromanaged now. Focus is purely on growing the business vs. fixing what’s broken before growth. Huge turnover d/t extreme and unfair productivity measures that were implemented. While change is great, and that’s how we learn and grow, it’s daily. New policies and procedures, departments dismantled, new roles etc. No one can keep up with it, adding to the stress. No longer trust director and was even told by director not to trust VP and above.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
