Pros

Gorgeous facility, meaningful mission. Some of the best people working there. Good education opportunities.

Cons

It's a pretty monster on the outside but it's got huge, sharp teeth. The organization leadership takes on too much without successfully implementing what they already have on their over-flowing agenda meaning everyone is frazzled all the time. Tremendous churn in key leadership in recent years which does not bode well. Meetings are piled up three and four deep on one another. PMO is treated as a joke and worked around instead of with. IT burnout is high for a reason. All the gourmet cafeteria food and profit sharing in the world doesn't make up for the fact you will be expected to work in a chaotic environment with a never ending stream of huge initiatives because upper management can't say no to anything.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
