Pros

Flexible hours, mostly friendly employees, the overall feel of the company is that they are trying to keep pace with the world of technology. Good pay and good work life balance

Cons

Communication is very poor. Although they have brought down barriers over time the overall interactions that should occur day to day are not very good. Business is very un- receptive to employee concerns. Decisions made from above flow down, and either roll with the tide or get swept away. The style of sdlc that is implemented at the business is more of an albatross then an improvement. All the right buzzwords are there but the processes serve only as road blocks to productivity. At times attitudes are less then respectful to anyone who is not a full time employee. Verbal abuse is common and common courtesy is not often practiced by some, in positions in power to the employees in general. Poor feedback from upper management to provide direction at times.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
