Pros

Not much to say other than nothing is worth the BS.

Cons

When an entire department that consists of senior leadership and employees has to be lectured in a meeting by a senior leader to tolerate and be nice to ONE toxic NEW leader. The perception is you have to take the abusive behavior, retaliation that we all witness, and just deal with it. When a executive leader relays this type of communication it is very concerning. It your leadership is controlled by this type of communication and fear tactics than who do you go to? Cannot speak to HR because they are well aware of everything that is happening, cannot go to the Ethics Hotline because it is in the same department that this is happening. Why control an entire department instead of handle the ONE problem?

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
