Pros

I don't have any pro's for this process.

Cons

I went through the interview process and was extremely disappointed with my experience. My first two interviews went smoothly, however the panel interview was horrible. Managers wearing T-shirts and having children coming into their office and interrupting the interview, oompletely unprofessional. After completing all of this you are then ghosted by recruiting after reaching out for an update. You receive a response that you will get an update by the end of the week..what that really means you won't ever hear back from the company. I had such high expectations for this company based on previous posts and awards only to be extremely disappointed. I would say stay away for here.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
