Gives you an opportunity to see if the environment is a fit for you and the company. Room for advancement, diverse work group and overall good people.
Cons
Culture is such that temporary workers are treated second class, use a separate door and they are not invited to any company events (parties etc). Nepotism and high school social structure can prevent advancement of new employees who are not mainstream.
