Pros

Overall, great place to work! The company has an honorable mission that it lives out everyday. Direct management truly has employee's best interests at heart.

Cons

- Salaries - CareSource seems to be constantly below industry average when it comes to salaries and has not adequately increased them over the past 5 years. - Transparency - Leadership preaches transparency yet the high level operations are very secretive & confidential. Now that the Q&A section has been eliminated from All Staff meetings there is no adequate platform to hold leadership accountable.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
