Pros

Nothing comes to mind about this company; they are growing too fast and this isn't a good thing at all

Cons

Culture is horrible; President & CEO are out of touch with what is really happening, don't care if everyone in the company leaves as long as there are warm bodies to replace them; Too much work to do; No processes in place in any part of the company; Everyone works independently, no teamwork at all; Management inexperienced and promotions are given to friends and people are not deserving; Management never listens to their direct reports; Growing too fast and can't keep up with the problems they have now and management just keeps piling on more issues on top of problems already identified; Management only cares about getting their bonuses, don't want to hear problems or try to fix issues, too busy worrying about their bonus; No room for advancement; No training; No room for growth; Hard to move from one department to another

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
