Pros
Work from home, flexible schedule.
Cons
Bad company, they really don't care about you. I worked there less than a month and got laid off cause they didn't have enough work.... I saw many other bad reviews online but ignored them because I wanted to work from home and CareXM had offered me and I quote, "Up to 20 hours of overtime a week." As soon as I started they said there is no OT available... then 4 weeks later I get laid off with no warning, and my manager lying to me about the meeting saying it was just going to be a "company update." On the Teams meeting they laid us off, they disabled the chat and microphone for everyone. Also, they are having a new training class in a few weeks... what are they going to do, lay those people off after a month as well? Also, they are so strict with the breaks. I got talked to just for having 15 mins of personal time for my 8 hour shift!! I told the manager I need to use the bathroom every once and a while.... don't work here.
