CB used to be an amazing place to work at before we got acquired by Apollo. Apollo management took over and quickly turned an amazing company with an amazing work culture to zilch. They quickly got rid of most of the senior leadership and brought in some ruthless cronies who are only concerned about the bottom line dollar. Good part some of the old people are still there , though not for too long. People dont matter to these people . They have reduced benefits to nothing. There is now fear and uncertainity within the company. stay away!
