The culture is toxic and people have been quitting/ fired/ laid off in the thousands since Apollo took over. This caused a massive brain drain, extreme inefficiencies and mismanagement of products (in some cases a complete stop to positive product development). Remaining staff were left with double the workload and clients, driving low quality deliveries. In favor of crunching the numbers, CB is hiring inexperienced and entry level people, for positions that previously required 3-5 years of experience. Lastly, there's almost no diversity, mostly middle class Caucasian Americans.
