      Pros

      Great co-workers and my manager was great

      Cons

      Unattainable quotas and terrible comp plan. Pay is way below market value. Leadership is completely running this company into the ground. Built new office space to boost morale, but everyone is halfway out of the door already. Training and promotions are non existent.
