Little to No Executive Leadership - Customer Success Manager CareerBuilder Employee Review

The CEO seems to have her head in the sand. The operations team is non existant so there is no clear way to measure KPIs and it's not even communicated how you're being measured. The president seems to have little to no faith in the managers so will often have calls where she directs new process or yells at you. Health of accounts aren't measured through any consistent way and there are no clear ways they predict the future of an accounts so they're always 3 steps behind. Whenever accounts don't renew they blame it on you rather than taking a long look in the mirror to see what's wrong.
