management does not know how to function. Job seekers need to run from this site when applying to jobs. It is full of scams and management is aware of it, yet choose not do anything. Company is in a downward trajectory and fast no promotion from within. awful management. The products suck and are well overpriced as Indeed and LinkedIn and dice have better products. For example there is a five day free trial yet as soon as customers sign up they call sales to cancel immediately. When clients post jobs they don't get any job seekers applying to the job since no one is visiting the site. Site misfunctions most of the time and when you call support they cannot help. Support is overworked as we cant get answers. Get your experience and get out. RUN!!!!!!
