Business Outlook

Pros

Great colleagues in terms of close knit team members. They truly support one another and work well with limited resources. Great opportunity if looking to gain experience for a short period of time.

Cons

Terrible management. The lack of strategy and thoughtfulness was shocking. Surprised to see the executives who are in place and how little they contribute to the full picture. The real work comes from the smaller teams but is easily overshadowed. Ironic that the mission is to create jobs for all when the really dedicated people working toward this mission aren’t fully appreciated or valued.
