Pros
Good people here, I had an opportunity to work with people genuinely invested in making the company better. This company also REALLY focuses on DEI in a meaningful way. It's not just a value the trumpet but one they also strive to live up to.
Cons
Typical sales floor issues of politics and asymmetrical opportunities. In my (admittedly short) time at CB inbound leads were assigned to a blend of new/old in a fashion that generally didn't seem merit based. It's hard to build a positive work culture when some reps hit quota and can effectively double their salary as a result of not transparent lead assignment process.
