      Pros

      You can work remote and are pretty much left alone because management doesn't care.

      Cons

      The company is a sinking ship. There wasn't any support from anyone. Most people are quite quitting and looking for another job. The COO was let go while on a 10 day vacation because they don't pay out PTO when you. are let go or laid off. They just had a massive layoff and completely mislead everyone in the company.
