Pros

Flexible schedule, VTO, and working remotely.

Cons

Benefits are a joke, leadership doesn't care about you as employee, toxic management. They seem to be moving most phone operations overseas. Layoffs are rampant there.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
