I love my job here at Carenet and I have been here for 2 years. My boss is very supportive and encourages us!

None found in the short period of time that I was working there. Besides a quick interview/hiring process

They are a hub for so many companies. Like an answering service. Every time you answer a call you have to use a different script depending on what type of member/customer is calling. The calls are back to back. You only have about 9 seconds in ACW, and the next call automatically comes through again. The pay was low, but accepted due to not having another job option at that moment. There is a section where you triage for nurses and some people call in contemplating suicide. I personally can not mentally handle calls like that; training was minimal for this part.
