Pros

Work from home Equipment provided People seem nice 401K I might update later

Cons

Ridiculously expensive health insurance So many different programs to use Conflicting information during training Old and irrelevant training materials which are also full of typos, misspellings, and improper use of grammar. Unable to access all sites and systems in order to learn them. Very short breaks and lunches Constant technical issues Recruiters are not thorough. I wasn't notified until a few days before training that the training schedule would be different from my regular one. So after scheduling and rescheduling appointments for myself and all of my kids to work around my "schedule", I had to call & do it all over again. You're asked for pictures of the video components of your monitor(s), and still sent the wrong cords to attach them to the modem you're sent, then told to purchase your own adapters to fix the issue. This happened to almost every person in my training group. I was also told I'd be doing a completely different job than what I got trained for. Not eligible for benefits until after 90 days

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
