Pros

Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and PTO. Competitive pay compared to similar positions in the industry. Opportunities for overtime or bonuses depending on the department.

Cons

Micromanagement: Management constantly second-guesses employees, leaving little room for autonomy or decision-making. Chaotic Training: Training is poorly structured, with inconsistent guidelines and a lack of clear direction, leaving new hires feeling unprepared. High Turnover: The stressful work environment and lack of support lead to frequent employee departures. Poor Communication: Policies and expectations seem to change without notice, and employees are often left in the dark.

Thank you for providing feedback. It helps us improve! The nature of most call center roles is that consistency is imperative to success, so unbending processes are usually necessary. Some find this stifling and quickly decide it's not the right fit for them, while others thrive in this highly structured environment! But your feedback on the training and onboarding are noted - we're working on both and appreciate the balanced feedback!

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
