Pros
Great Exposure for Freshers - you get to learn things very early in carrier which you would have learnt after 5 years in other firms.
Carrier Scope - After 1-2 years here,you get easily recruited by Oracle, Deloitte, PwC as you get to learn a lot about BI and other powerful tools very yearly. (I am currently working at Oracle).
Project Lead - If you have talent, you will be able to move up to project lead position fairly quickly.
Leadership Team - has excellent control and provide a good environment to resources.
Overall excellent place to work for both freshers and experienced people.
Cons
Not any i can think of. Earlier they had only night shift but now some teams are working in day shift as well.
